Just as soon as we get our first snowfall, that “s” word starts to come out a whole lot. And not by me either—it’s these little ones of mine! As soon as that snow appears, all things Santa begin as well.
As soon as that snow appears, I start digging through the craft supplies. Sure, I say it’s for the kids… but it’s also kind of about staying out of that snow, at least for a little bit.

Santa Crafts for Preschoolers
Preschool crafting should always involve some good old sensory play! If you have never used cotton balls with contact paper, now is the ideal time to play! The results look very much like a Santa Claus beard, and wrapping the contact paper around a mason jar makes a lovely festive jar. We like to fill these Santa Mason Jars with homemade treats to gift to friends at Christmas.
